Do you only repair iPhones?
No, iFixers also does various repairs of most other brands. These repairs are processed with the same speed. All prices are available on our website.

Can you repair water damage as well?
Of course, but keep in mind that these repairs generally take longer because the entire motherboard must be subjected to an ultrasonic cleaning. Also, we have to make sure that the device is completely dry before we can work on it. Never try to switch your device back on when it is still humid!

Is it possible to send my device?
This is possible, the only thing you have to do is print the registration form and fill it out. The form can be downloaded from our website. Please make sure that all required fields are filled out. Request a shipping label via our contact form. For the complete processing you should count on 3 days. Do you send us the device on Monday, then you can expect it back on Wednesday.

How long does a repair take?
Over 85% of all parts are in stock, these repairs are therefore completed within 60 minutes. If the part is not in stock, you should count on one extra working day. That is why we always recommend registering the device beforehand, such that you can be sure that the part has been reserved and the repair can be completed quickly.

What does the guarantee period of 1 year entail?
iFixers provides for one year of warranty for all its repairs. The guarantee is only applicable on the part that was replaced by us. Of course, we assume that you use the device responsibly. Guarantee cases are processed with the same priority as new repairs.

Do you solve software issues as well?
Generally, our technical service can solve 80% of the software issues within the hour. But in some cases it can take longer. Visit us in our store and ask for our software experts.

How does the payment work?
After registering your repair, you receive an email from us with the invoice, which contains a link to complete the payment. It is important that you complete the payment immediately, only then we can deliver the device back to you. Payment is possible via Bankcontact or via the PayPal module (in which you can choose for MasterCard or Visa). Registration of a PayPal account is not necessary to make the payment.

How does it all work exactly?
You register the device on our registration page, as soon as you have done this you will receive a confirmation email. The courier comes by at the agreed time to pick up your device. Then, the repair is carried out in the iFixers atelier. When the device is ready, the courier delivers it back to you. That is how simple it is!

Should I package my device when the courier comes by?
Yes, you should package the device as good as possible. Our couriers have protecting bags, but we still advise you to package your device in a box or bubble wrap. When the device leaves iFixers to be delivered to you, it will be packaged in a luxurious iFixers protection box.

Is it safe to pass on the access code of my device via the website?
Of course! iFixers has been active over 5 years and has repaired tens of thousands devices in the meantime, for both consumers, companies and government services. This confidence was never abused. All our ateliers and shops are equipped with camera surveillance. Every employee has signed a privacy agreement that explicitly prohibits to view or use data on devices of customers. 

Why does iFixers not repair on location at the customer?
Because this is technically not possible! The last few years we have seen many videos appear online about how you can repair a smartphone yourself. This makes it look like everybody can do this anywhere. However, a lot more equipment is involved in carrying out the perfect repair. A dust-free space is an absolute must for example!

What happens when I do not know what the problem is with my device?
If it is not possible to determine upfront what the issue is, our technician will contact you by email or phone when we have received the device, to inform you about the price. Then, you can still decide yourself whether you wish to have the repair carried out or not. If you want to receive the device back unrepaired, a fixed price of 20 euros is charged. 

How long does it take until I receive my device back?
Your device is picked up, repaired and delivered back to you in a period of 4 hours. This means that when you register the device for pick-up between 10.00 and 12.00, it will be delivered back to you between 12.00 and 14.00.

Kunnen jullie ook waterschade repareren?
Uiteraard, let wel op dat deze herstellingen doorgaans langer duren omdat het volledig moederbord moet onderworpen worden aan een supersonische reiniging. Ook moeten wij ervoor zorgen dat het toestel volledig droog is alvorens wij hieraan kunnen werken. Probeer nooit u toestel terug aan te zetten wanneer dit nog vochtig is!

Kan ik mijn toestel ook opsturen?
Dit kan, het enige wat u moet doen is het aanmeld formulier af printen en invullen. Dit kan u downloaden op onze website. Gelieve er steeds voor te zorgen dat alle gevraagde velden volledig zijn ingevuld. Vraag via ons contact formulier een gratis shipping label aan. Voor de volledige verwerking moet u 3 dagen rekenen. Verzend u het toestel maandag naar ons, dan kan u het woensdag terug verwachten.

Hoe lang duurt een herstelling?
Meer dan 85% van alle onderdelen zijn op voorraad, deze herstellingen zijn dus binnen de 60 min afgerond. Indien het onderdeel niet voorraadig is moet u rekenen op één extra werkdag. Daarom raden we steeds aan om u toestel aan te melden op voorhand zodat u er zeker van bent dat het onderdeel gereserveerd is en de herstelling snel kan worden afgerond.

Wat houd de garantieperiode van 1 jaar in?
iFixers voorziet één jaar garantie op al zijn herstellingen. De garantie is enkel van toepassing op het onderdeel dat door ons werd vervangen. Uiteraard gaan we er vanuit dat u het toestel gebruikt als een goede huisvader. Garantiegevallen worden door onze met dezelfde prioriteit behandeld als nieuwe herstellingen.

Kunnen jullie ook software problemen oplossen?
