With your own shipping you're sure the repair is carried out when it suits you. We always aim to finish your device as quickly as possible, so you can use it again soon.

The repair process works as follows

1Fill in your details and describe the problem.
2Pack the faulty device in a sturdy box and send it in.
3We start the repair right away and keep you closely updated.
4After our test procedure, we send the device back to you.

Cracked screen
The screen is cracked, partly or completely.
No display
The screen is damaged or completely black.
Charging poorly or not at all
The device has trouble charging.
Won't turn on
The device no longer starts up or keeps restarting.
Battery drains quickly
