Return policy

• You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Let us know by email at info@ifixers.be or in our store (Bondgenotenlaan 175, 3000 Leuven).
• Then send or bring the product back within 14 days, complete and in its original packaging.
• You may only handle the product as you would in a store, to inspect and test it. We inspect every returned product.
• For damage, scratches, signs of use, missing parts or damaged or missing packaging, we deduct the loss in value from the refund; this may amount to the full purchase price.
• Devices must be returned without passcode, account or activation lock (e.g. Find My iPhone turned off).
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until the product is back.
• Excluded: personalised products, sealed products unsealed for hygiene reasons, in-store purchases and business customers.
