You provide us with your model and the condition of your device. You can send the device or bring it to our store in Leuven. After inspection, we will confirm the price.

What should I do before sending in my device?

Make a backup of your data, sign out of your account, and disable the find function or device lock. Then completely erase your device.

What if I don't agree with the final offer?
