A beautiful device isn't always a good device
There are plenty of refurbished devices online that were actually once faulty. Sellers often promise that devices were checked by robots on more than 100 quality points, but that's no guarantee.
Sometimes a device that looks aesthetically perfect actually had earlier motherboard damage. Instead of properly repairing the motherboard and replacing the faulty chip, that chip is reheated and pressed back down so the device appears to work perfectly. You then end up buying a device with a hidden defect.
If you run into problems afterwards, you often have to return the device through a cumbersome process and lose weeks. And if there's also cosmetic damage, the fault is quickly blamed on that, even though the problem was already there.
Warranty handled right in the store
At iFixers you can simply drop by the store for warranty issues. We solve it in-house, so you're not without your device for long. You don't need to wipe your data.
A fair price, not a price-fighter

What happens to a device

Every device is identified and checked for origin and lock status.

Inspection
Screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers and connections are functionally tested.

Repair
Parts that aren't up to standard are replaced in our own workshop.
- Step 4
Cleaning and wiping
The device is cleaned and fully wiped before it's resold.

Grading
Based on its appearance, the device gets the Smart Deal, Excellent or Premium quality grade.

Whichever quality you choose, the technical check stays the same. The difference mainly lies in the cosmetic condition and visible signs of use.
