iFixers is a store and workshop in Leuven. We repair devices, buy them and sell them again. That combination means we know what's inside a device before it reaches you.

Frequently asked questions
- What's the difference between new and refurbished?
- A new device comes sealed from the manufacturer's box. A refurbished device is a used device that we've checked, repaired where needed, cleaned and wiped, with a clear condition for its appearance.
- Can I pick up my device in the store?
- Yes. At checkout you choose between delivery and pickup in our store at Bondgenotenlaan 175, 3000 Leuven, België.
- Do you transfer my data?
- When you buy a device, we transfer your contacts, photos, messages and apps to your new device for free when you visit the store.
- Can I sell my old device to iFixers?
- Yes. Via the sell page you request a price indication. We confirm the final price after inspecting your device. This is independent of a purchase.
- What warranty do I get?
- Warranty according to our terms of sale. Return conditions according to our sales terms.
